Victor is an American singer-songwriter, musician, and producer, as well as an award-winning filmmaker.
Raised in Northern California, Victor spent his childhood summers at his Italian grandparent’s farm, where he fell in love with music after discovering their antique upright piano. At age 10, Victor started taking piano lessons from Clo Parello, a kind, patient, and wise teacher. She introduced Victor to a variety of music without reference to genre, inspiring a career that draws from an eclectic array of influences.
Victor has had the pleasure of recording with a variety of talented professionals, including Grammy Award-winning audio engineer Jeff Gartenbaum, who has worked with artists like Cold Play, Elton John, John Mayer, Seal, Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross, Thomas Newman, Mark Ronson, and Sheryl Crow.
Victor has collaborated with many great musicians, playing in bands, writing songs, composing soundtracks, and performing in recording sessions. Among the artists are Maxim Moston, Jonathan Richman, Aaron Sterling, Ralph Carny, Henry Butler, Steven Bernstein, Darrell Leonard, Tony Lindsay, John Shifflett, John Worley, Victor Indrizzo, Chad Cromwell, Dan Lutz, and Andrew Synowiec. Windy Wagner, an amazing singer who has worked with Miley Cyrus, Ringo Star, Britney Spears, Selena Gomez, and Kelly Clarkson, joins Victor in the video performance of his original song, “Devil.”
Along with writing, performing, and producing music, Victor also writes, produces, and directs many of his own music videos. His short film, “Niagara Falls,” has been selected by several film festivals and honored with awards.
Victor has taught at San Francisco State University and the Blue Bear School of Music in San Francisco. He spends his time between Los Angeles and his studio in the San Francisco Bay Area.
